PATRONS

Patrons are an integral part of the Midlothian Village Day Festival!

Please join us for the 43rd  Annual Midlothian Village Day Festival & Craft Fair on Saturday, October 18, 2025, 10-3 pm at Midlothian Middle School, 13501 Midlothian Turnpike, Midlothian, VA 23113.

Patrons are an integral part of the Midlothian Village Day Festival.  Support from local businesses enables Midlothian Moms to sponsor the Festival each year.  Patron organizations donate money to help offset the operating costs of the Festival. Space is limited and sponsorships will be limited to 3 or less of any one profession/service category. To make a commitment to participate and receive priority space assignment, submit your application and payment before 8/31/25.

Sponsorship Opportunities are open out for 2025 festival

Midlothian Moms is offering local businesses the opportunity to support us with one of the following patron sponsorship packages:

STAGE SPONSOR - $2000 (Limit 2)

  • Corporate name listed on Festival Website with a logo. Logo will be posted until May 31, 2026.

  • DJ announcements - Brand recognition prior to every performance

  • Sign on Festival Grounds acknowledging sponsorship

  • Logo on all publicity flyers

  • Preferred Booth Placement to advertise firm or products*

  • Preferred parking for up to 1 vehicle in patron area

 

PLATINUM PATRON - $750 (Limit 10)

  • Corporate name listed on Festival Website with a logo. Logo will be posted until May 31, 2026.

  • Sign on Festival Grounds acknowledging sponsorship

  • Logo on all publicity flyers

  • 4 DJ announcements on sponsorship

  • Booth to advertise firm or products*

  • Preferred parking for up to 1 vehicle in patron area

 

GOLD PATRON - $500

  • Corporate name listed on Festival Website

  • Sign on Festival Grounds acknowledging sponsorship

  • Inclusion in publicity flyers

  • 2 DJ announcements on sponsorship

  • Booth to advertise firm or products*

 

SILVER PATRON - $250

  • Sign on Festival Grounds acknowledging sponsorship

  • Inclusion in publicity flyers

  • 1 DJ announcement on sponsorship

  • Booth to advertise firm or products*

 

BRONZE PATRON - $150 (limit 10 booths at festival)

  • Inclusion in publicity flyers

  • Booth to advertise firm or products*

SELFIE STATION SPONSOR - $150 (2 available, 1 indoors & 1 outside)

  • Logo sign at Selfie Station

  • Inclusion on publicity flyers and sponsor banner

  • NO BOOTH

 

* Booth spaces are 10’ wide x 10’ deep and you must provide your own table, chairs, etc.  All booth spaces are outdoors.  In lieu of a booth, you may provide literature or raffle prize with advertising included to be distributed by Midlothian Moms at the Festival.

 

RAFFLE

We will also be hosting a raffle table at the Festival and we would like local businesses to help us in our efforts to raise money to support local charities. Any products or gift certificates you may be able to donate would be greatly appreciated.

Political Committees will are considered Patrons for the 2025 Festival.  All campaign materials, including signs, are to remain within booth space and are not permitted to be paraded through the festival or block other festival attendees from being able to safely pass thru throughways easily. Any individual candidates or committees seen taking these actions will be asked to leave immediately.
