Patrons are an integral part of the Midlothian Village Day Festival.

Patrons are an integral part of the Midlothian Village Day Festival.  Support from local businesses enables Midlothian Moms to sponsor the Festival each year.  Patron organizations donate money to help offset the operating costs of the Festival. Space is limited and sponsorships will be limited to 3 or less of any one profession/service category. To make a commitment to participate and receive priority space assignment, submit your application and payment before 9/30/21.

Sponsorship Opportunities

The Midlothian Junior Women’s Club is offering local businesses the opportunity to support us with one of the following patron sponsorship packages:

PLATINUM PATRON - $750

• Corporate name listed on Festival Website, with a logo and link to your corporate website. Logo and link will be posted until May 31, 2022.

• Sign on Festival Grounds acknowledging sponsorship

• Logo on all publicity flyers

• 4 DJ announcements on sponsorship

• Booth to advertise firm or products*

GOLD PATRON - $500

• Corporate name listed on Festival Website

• Sign on Festival Grounds acknowledging sponsorship

• Inclusion in publicity flyers

• 2 DJ announcements on sponsorship

• Booth to advertise firm or products*

SILVER PATRON - $250

• Sign on Festival Grounds acknowledging sponsorship

• Inclusion in publicity flyers

• 1 DJ announcement on sponsorship

• Booth to advertise firm or products*

BRONZE PATRON - $150

• Inclusion in publicity flyers

• Booth to advertise firm or products*

* Booth spaces are 10’ wide x 10’ deep and you must provide your own table, chairs, etc.  All booth spaces are outdoors.  In lieu of a booth, you may provide literature to be distributed by MJWC at the Festival.

RAFFLE

We will also be hosting a raffle table at the Festival and we would like local businesses to help us in our efforts to raise money to support local charities. Any products or gift certificates you may be able to donate would be greatly appreciated.
