From the beginning, Midlothian Moms has been driven by the interests of our engaged community. Our Young Moms Blog & Forum is dedicated to enhancing the forum experience for everyone involved. We are a great resource, offering opportunities for users to engage with each other in an interesting and safe online environment.
Biz Williams
Mother of three kids: two adult girls and one elementary aged boy. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling the world - primarily where she can disconnect by being deep in the woods hiking or be underwater scuba diving.
Felicia Brantner
Felicia is one of the original admins for Ask Midlothian Moms and she is also a loving wife and mother to five boys (two sets of twins, plus one). Felicia was born here in the RVA area and has lived in Chesterfield for over 25 years. She left her position with a medical malpractice law firm in Rocketts Landing to become a stay at home mother while her children were smaller. During that time, that’s when Felicia (along with a few others) helped to create and cultivate the Ask Midlothian Moms online community. Now, Felicia works from home as a medical transcriptionist. She dedicates herself to the community by coordinating annual drives for back to school, Thanksgiving and Christmas, along with running the Pineapple Pantry for local women and children in need. This group, along with the now non-profit “Midlothian Moms”, is absolutely her passion project and a life calling of hers. Felicia is a lover of food, cooking, animals, and adventures with her littles.
Nivette Connors
One of the newest admins, Nivette is a Richmond native who's called the RVA area home for a cumulative 15 years. She has a B.S. in child and human development from Brigham Young University. Nivette has decades of experience working with children and youth through various volunteer positions. All of this comes in very handy for her current position as a substitute teacher with CCPS. She also usually has some kind of side hustle where she can express her crafting ADHD.
Nivette is a wife to Matt and mom to Ellerie (16), Bennett (15) and Felicity (10). In her free time, she reads way too many books, organizes her house more than her family enjoys, bakes anything and everything and spends as much time walking outside as possible. Nivette is also a treasure trove of both useful and useless trivia. She's excited about this new opportunity to serve the wonderful women of Midlothian Moms.
Melanie Wiley
Melanie is the original admin for Ask Midlothian Mom! She is a loving wife and mother. Melanie is originally from Chicago and she brings a lot of love from her hometown to Virginia. She is a vegetarian and she loves to adventure around the city tasting new foods, exploring new places and she has a knack for gardening!
Ashley Hart Silveira
Born and raised in Midlothian and simply love everything Richmond has to offer. I attended Chesterfield Co. schools and graduated from Longwood University, where I earned a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Marketing. After graduating, I worked for an advertising company by day while I earned my real estate license in the evening. In 2006, I left the advertising world to peruse a full time career in real estate! That same year I founded The Silveira Team, a full service real company that strives to provide a seamless real estate experience whether buying, selling or investing. By being honest, considerate, consistent and simply following through with my actions, I have consistently been ranked by my peers as a “Top Producing Agent,” and more recently have been recognized as one of, “Richmond’s Top 100 Realtors.” I can honestly say I love my career, the people I serve daily and the community in which I live.
Outside of my business, I enjoy spending time with my family, my husband, Mike, our three children, Sam, Isabella and Charley and our peanut butter lovin’ golden retriever, Flash. I enjoy spontaneous road trips, crossfit, collecting vintage jewelry and stepping up to the plate when others are in need.
Heather Rappold
Heather is a mother of 3 and long time admin of Ask Midlothian Moms. She's an intricate part of our non-profit serving as our treasurer.

She loves spending time with her friends, family. In her spare time, you can find her in the gym or on the trails enjoying nature!
Jen Heath
Jen is a long-time admin to Ask Midlothian Moms, mother to a vibrant and vivacious daughter and loving wife. Jen works for Chesterfield County as a vocational liaison for adults with intellectual disabilities. She loves spending time with her family and dear friends whenever she can.
Laura Mallon
Laura is one our newest admins to Ask Midlothian Moms. Originally from Western NY (Go Bills!), she is a mom of 2 active boys. Laura works part time in the pharmacy world along with her husband and on her off days you can likely find her on the trail or in the gym. She’s a foodie, Disney and beach junkie, and lover of all music.
