We are always looking to add delicious food options to our Midlothian Village Day Festival.

Please join us for the 43rd Annual Midlothian Village Day Festival & Craft Fair on Saturday, October 18, 2025, 10-3 pm at Midlothian Middle School, 13501 Midlothian Turnpike, Midlothian, VA 23113.

From food trucks to food vendor booths, we plan to offer a wide variety of options for our Village Day attendees.

Fees are based on space requirements:

$175 Spaces up to 15 ft wide before August 17th; after August 17th fee is $200
$225 Spaces 16 to 30 ft before August 17th, after August 17th fee is $250

The Festival will be held, rain or shine, from 10am - 3pm on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Midlothian Middle School.

You must arrive prior to 8:30am on Saturday morning to set up your concession area.
You must submit a copy of your certificate of liability insurance listing to Midlothian Moms via email at info@midlothianmoms.com no later than September 30, 2025. Certificate Holder needs to be listed as: Chesterfield County Department of Risk Management, 9901 Lori Rd Room 206, Chesterfield, VA 23832
All vendors must apply for Temporary Food Vendor permit (click for application) from Chesterfield Health Services. Contact Biz Williams at 804-350-7781 or email info@midlothianmoms.com for more information.
