Crafting vendors are a huge part of the Midlothian Village Day Festival.

Save the date for the 39th Annual Midlothian Village Day Festival & Craft Fair. The Festival will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2020. Each year, the grounds are filled with many talented artisans.

Planning is currently underway and applications for the 2020 Festival will be available in the beginning of July 2020.

  • All assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis. We only accept a limited number of crafters selling similar items (for example, we will only accept a few jewelry crafters). After we have reached our limit, we will no longer accept applications for those types of items.

  • When filling out your application, PLEASE BE SPECIFIC when describing the items you wish to sell. A GOOD description might look like this: I will be selling hand-knitted hats, scarves, and mittens, Cookie Lee Jewelry, handmade jewelry, and homemade baked goods. A BAD or insufficient description might look like this: I will be selling jewelry and hats. Thank you in advance for helping us ensure that there is a wide variety of items for sale at the Festival!

  • Both assignments and Festival Day instructions for arrival and set up will be emailed to all participants in early October 2020.

Booth fees of $75.00 are due at time of application.

No applications are considered complete unless payment is received.

You can pay online above under "Make a Payment," or you can send a check to MJWC Crafters - PO Box 423 - Midlothian, VA 23113.
