NON-PROFIT BOOTHS

Other non-profit organizations are welcome to join the Midlothian Village Day! We are accepting applications for repeat vendors only for all non-profit booth requests. 

Please join us for the 43rd Annual Midlothian Village Day Festival & Craft Fair on Saturday, October 18, 2025, 10-3 pm at Midlothian Middle School, 13501 Midlothian Turnpike, Midlothian, VA 23113.

We do NOT accept advance payments prior to the opening of applications for new/ non repeat vendors. Any advance payments will be returned. Applications close when the wait-list is full.

For the purpose of this event, a non-profit organization is considered an organization that provides service to members for non-charge or serves in a community organization capacity. An example of approved non- profits would be: church organizations, girl/boy scouts, animal shelter groups, etc.

 

An example of organizations that would fall under our patron category would be any type of organization that provides business services such as medical care, insurance, credit unions, political campaigns, etc. If you would like additional information about becoming a patron, please visit our festival website.

NON-PROFIT BOOTHS: Feature
  • The Festival will be held, rain or shine, from 10am to 3pm on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Midlothian Middle School.

  • Booth spaces are 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.

  • No electricity is available.

  • All booth spaces are outdoors in front of the school.

  • You must provide your own table(s), chair(s), and tent canopy if desired.

  • All handouts, giveaways, activities and items for sale must be approved by Midlothian Moms prior to the Festival date. BOOTH FEES MAY APPLY FOR ITEMS BEING SOLD IN BOOTH. All food items for sale must not compete with any food vendor. In addition, food items may not be consumable on the Festival site.

  • For 2025 Midlothian Moms asking all Non-Profit Booths to contribute a $30 donation to secure a space.

  • If your non-profit organization wishes to sell items in your booth, you may be subject to a crafter booth fee. For more information, contact info@midlothianmoms.com.

  • If, on the day of the Festival, it is deemed that an activity, giveaway or for-sale item is competing with an Midlothian Moms-sponsored activity, the Festival committee reserves the right to ask that the competing activity cease immediately.

  • You must arrive prior to 7:30 am on Saturday, October 18 to set up your booth.

  • Booths must remain set up and in place until 3pm.

  • Booth assignments and Festival Day instructions for arrival and set up will be emailed to all participants the week before Festival.

Political committees fall into the Patron category (visit Patron page for details) - No individual political campaigns.

 

Midlothian Moms is a non-profit organization and all proceeds from the Festival are donated to local charities, and used for hosting future events.
