NON-PROFIT BOOTHS

Other non-profit organizations are welcome to join the Midlothian Village Day!

You are cordially invited to participate in the 39th Annual Midlothian Village Day Festival & Craft Fair. The Festival will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021. Applications will be available in early July 2021. For the purpose of this event, a non-profit organization is considered an organization that provides service to members for non-charge or serves in a community organization capacity. An example of approved non- profits would be: church organizations, girl/boy scouts, animal shelter groups, political organizations, etc. An example of organizations that would fall under our patron category would be any type of organization that provides business services such as medical care, insurance, or credit unions. If you would like additional information about becoming a patron, please visit our festival website.

  • The Festival will be held, rain or shine, from 10am to 3pm on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Midlothian Middle School.

  • Booth spaces are 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.

  • No electricity is available.

  • All booth spaces are outdoors in front of the school.
